Free worldwide delivery

The products are shipped worldwide free of charge by express courier to your chosen address within 1-10 working days from placing the order.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

CATHIAS EDELINE is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

CATHIAS EDELINE cannot be held responsible for possible delays caused by the courier companies.

Canceling the order

If you wish to cancel the order before delivery, please contact us by phone (+40)747855385 or by e-mail at contact@cathiasedeline.com

Any product can be returned within 30 days of receipt. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be new, unused and packed in the original box. Violation of one or more conditions entails the refusal of return.

The return of the product will be done exclusively by courier at: Bucharest, 137 Aurel Vlaicu street, District 2, Romania

Refund

Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Cathias Edeline. We will process your refund as soon as possible and an email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited by bank transfer to he account indicated by you.

Please be aware that if any items shipped are rejected and returned to CATHIAS EDELINE ( the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package) we are unable to refund original shipping charges, custom charges or any return/rejection charges incurred by CATHIAS EDELINE.
